Event Recap | Rally Her Collective 2026 On Friday 26 June 2026, Rally Her Collective officially launched at the Chinese Museum in Melbourne, bringing together women and girls for an afternoon of table tennis, conversation and community. Presented in collaboration with AWDPI Australia and Table Tennis Australia, the program offers a welcoming space for women and girls of all ages and skill levels to try table tennis, meet others and take part in sport in a relaxed environment. The launch afternoon was led by experienced coaches from Table Tennis Australia, who tailored the activities to suit participants with different levels of experience. Beginners were introduced to the basics of table tennis in an accessible and encouraging way, while those who had played before received personalised guidance, with coaches helping them refine their techniques, correct their movements and build confidence in their skills. Beyond the table tennis tables, the event also created a warm and friendly community atmosphere. Participants enjoyed a generous selection of complimentary food, shared conversations and connected with one another throughout the afternoon. Each participant was also presented with a Rally Her Collective Certificate of Participation, marking their involvement in the launch of the program. Rally Her Collective reflects a shared commitment to encouraging women and girls to participate in sport, build confidence and feel a stronger sense of belonging. By bringing sport into a cultural and community setting, the program also highlights the many ways participation can begin — through play, conversation and simply being welcomed. Thank you to AWDPI Australia, Table Tennis Australia, the coaches, volunteers and everyone who joined us for the launch. We look forward to seeing Rally Her Collective continue to grow and create a positive impact across the wider community. TTA coach is playing with the participants.
